Sales Executive - Orpington

What You'll Do: As our Sales Executive, you will:
Drive Business Development: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within the construction and commercial sectors
Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with developers, architects, contractors, and key decision-makers
Manage Sales Process: Qualify leads, prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet company objectives
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with solar PV technology, market trends, and financial incentives to provide the best solutions for our clients
Collaborate: Work closely with our project management, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless transitions from sale to installation
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction or renewable energy
Knowledge of new housing builds and commercial projects is highly desirable
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Ability to explain technical specifications clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Desirable Attributes:
An existing network within the house building or commercial construction sectors
Awareness of renewable energy incentives, MCS standards, and planning permissions
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
