Job Vacancy: Return Processing Assistant
Location: Heywood
Hours: 40 hours

Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Return Processing Assistant to join our client’s team in Heywood. This full-time position (40 hours per week) plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth processing and handling of product returns. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, ,we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Process product returns efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect returned items for damage or quality issues.
• Ensure all returns are properly documented and entered into the system.
• Communicate with customers regarding return statuses when needed.
• Assist with restocking or reordering returned products when applicable.
• Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with return policies.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless return process.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in returns processing or a similar administrative role is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working with databases or IT systems for record-keeping.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Working Hours:
This is a Full-time role with 40 hours per week. Working hours can be discussed and agreed upon during the interview process.
