About the position

Responsibilities

• Proactively acknowledge and engage every customer to support a positive customer-centric experience.
• Utilize the selling program to promote the sale of the best solutions and additional products/services.
• Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales and loyalty programs.
• Consistently maintain store and print department appearance to company guidelines, ensuring a neat and clean environment.
• Adhere to standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation.
• Follow established sorting and stocking guidelines and complete freight processes.
• Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and set up according to guidelines.
• Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily.
• Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through provided sales and service tools, completing required training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices, supporting loss prevention efforts.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• No previous experience required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use technology for job-related tasks.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to establish selling relationships with clients and associates.
• Ability to read, count, and write to complete documentation and process inventory.
• Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented with a passion for the brand and products.
