Architect scalable, reliable, and performant software solutions using modern technologies and best practices. Manage and mentor a distributed team of software engineers, data engineers, and potentially data scientists. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and clients to define technical roadmaps and project requirements. Ensure the implementation of robust data pipelines, analytical models, and reporting features. Drive code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for the platform's development. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or architect role. Strong proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL). Experience with data engineering, data warehousing, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop). Proven experience in designing and developing scalable microservices architectures.
