<div><p>We have an exciting opportunity for a Remote Monitoring Controller to join our Monitoring and Control Team in Central Operations. The RMC provides a strong, reliable monitoring capability which proactively monitors asset condition 24/7/365 a year, whilst ensuring appropriate control actions are taken to protect our assets, our people and our business reputation.</p><p>This role is critical in managing asset and alarm data and ensuring that any deviations and events are resolved promptly. This will require you to proactively analyse various sources of information including telemetry data, trends, workflow information, customer contact information and other sources. You will draw conclusions and ensure business response arrangements are in place where necessary.</p><p>You will also be a key interface for teams within the field and the ICC. Accountabilities & Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Case managing critical Water quality and Wastewater compliance parameters in line with business & regulatory expectations.</li><li>Ensuring effective 24/7/365 management of alarms primarily on Water but also on Wastewater.</li><li>Full compliance with existing H&S regulations, SOP, SSI and SLA\'s after provided training.</li><li>Attention to detail, versatility and effective ownership of several simultaneous events.</li><li>Resilience, management of telemetry under pressure and/or occasional high work load as a result of daily demand patterns, weather phenomena or exceptional local or regional events.</li><li>Knowledge or openness to learn and understand existing regional Water & Wastewater systems in order to efficiently assess significance, impact and required response from M&C or Field Operations.</li><li>Continually working towards a higher level of knowledge of the existing Water treatment processes across the business and its direct correspondence with existing regional systems for improved management of telemetry.</li><li>Proactive engagement with existing corporate tools on alarms prevention and reduction in line with business requirements and targets.</li><li>Primarily interpret, allocate and manage resources out of core business hours.</li></ul><p>To be successful in this role you\'ll be able to analyse various sources of data including trends, draw conclusions and assist with formulating response plans. It is expected that you\'ll be of an enthusiastic, committed personality with a strong work ethic. You will also have:</p><ul><li>Ability to work on a rotation shift rota keeping high levels of focus, effectiveness and delivery on alarm and resources.</li><li>A working or outline knowledge of UU Telemetry Systems and telemetry data reporting platforms.</li><li>A working knowledge of Water System - source to tap.</li><li>Good knowledge of supporting systems including but not limited too SAP, Click Schedule, INS/Salesforce, Tableau.</li></ul><p>We value diversity, inclusion and innovation in our workplace, and we foster a culture where our people can grow, excel, and be themselves.
