Responsibilities

• Create and refine challenging prompts and problem solutions
• Develop scoring rubrics and evaluate AI model outputs
• Analyse and review model performance with clear feedback
• Collaborate with international experts and AI teams
• Work flexibly and independently from anywhere in the EU, US, UK, Argentina, Australia, Canada, Mexico, or Puerto Rico

Skills

• Master’s or PhD (or currently enrolled) in a relevant field
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent written English
• Valid permanent ID from the country of work
