We are a growing ecommerce-focused web design and digital marketing agency looking for an experienced, U.S.-based sales representative to manage outbound prospecting and help us develop new client relationships.
This position will begin with a limited number of hours each week while we establish and refine the outbound sales program. Hours and responsibilities will increase based on the salesperson’s performance, the quality of opportunities generated, and the overall success of the program.
We will provide targeted prospect lists, service information, sales materials, and agency support. Your responsibility will be to contact those prospects, start qualified conversations, follow up consistently, and accurately track all activity in Zoho CRM.
## Primary Responsibilities
* Contact prospects from targeted lead lists provided by our agency
* Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels
* Introduce our Shopify, ecommerce, web design, development, and digital marketing services
* Identify prospect needs, challenges, budgets, timelines, and decision-makers
* Schedule qualified sales calls and discovery meetings
* Maintain consistent follow-up with interested prospects
* Track every call, email, response, follow-up, and opportunity in Zoho CRM
* Keep contact records, deal stages, notes, and next steps current
* Work directly with agency ownership to improve messaging and sales strategy
* Provide regular reporting on outreach activity, conversations, appointments, and opportunities
* Help move qualified prospects through the sales process when appropriate
## Required Experience
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Must be based in the United States
* Proven experience selling Shopify, ecommerce, web development, or digital marketing services
* Agency marketing sales experience is required
* Strong outbound sales and cold-calling experience
* Comfortable speaking with business owners, ecommerce managers, marketing directors, and company decision-makers
* Experience using a CRM to manage sales activity and follow-ups
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Highly organized and dependable
* Able to work independently and maintain consistent outreach activity
* Comfortable being measured on calls, conversations, appointments, follow-ups, and closed opportunities
Experience using Zoho CRM is strongly preferred. Experience selling Shopify development, ecommerce strategy, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, CRO, website design, or ecommerce operations services is a major advantage.
## Hours and Growth Potential
This role will initially require only a few hours per week.
We want to begin with a focused testing period to evaluate messaging, outreach methods, prospect response, appointment quality, and overall sales potential.
The position can grow into a larger and more consistent role based on:

We are looking for someone interested in helping build a long-term sales process rather than completing a short-term calling project.

You should be comfortable working with targeted lists, following a defined process, and keeping Zoho CRM completely updated. Consistency, communication, and accurate follow-up are extremely important in this role.
