Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, showing properties, negotiating contracts, and providing top-notch customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing real estate listings and building lasting client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Orlando, FL, with opportunities to work both in-office and remotely.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Valid and active Real Estate License is required</li><li>Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions</li><li>Exceptional Customer Service and Sales skills</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and negotiation abilities</li><li>Familiarity with Orlando and Central Florida real estate markets</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a hybrid office/home environment</li><li>Reliable transportation and flexibility to attend client meetings and showings</li><li>Experience with real estate technology platforms is a plus</li></ul>
