Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Lecturers and Teachers to join our academic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the academic growth of students. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and committed to inspiring future professionals. The position is paid and suitable for applicants with a strong background in teaching.
Duties
- Prepare and deliver high-quality sessions in accordance with curriculum standards
- Assess for strengths and areas for improvement to develop effective lesson plans
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes confidence and motivation
- Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles, including those with special educational needs
- Develop engaging teaching materials and resources to enhance student learning
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support their academic progress
- Foster an inclusive and motivating classroom environment that encourages participation
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop programme content and improve teaching strategies alongside exam preparation
- Organise seminars, workshops, or additional learning activities as required
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress
- Stay updated with developments in the subject area and incorporate innovative teaching methods
- Familiar with exam boards and up to date teaching styles
- Adhere to safeguarding and reliability standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the All Access Tutoring Team and committed to long term growth

Experience
- Proven experience in teaching or lecturing 1+ year (required)

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (required)l
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in IT tools and educational technology to support teaching activities
- Organisational skills necessary for planning lessons, managing schedules, and maintaining records
- Prior experience in curriculum development or programme coordination is advantageous
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting success
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or subject-specific areas are advantageous
- Ability to organise and manage multiple sessions efficiently
