Managing imports and inventory purchases, the remote Purchasing Analyst will oversee the entire process from purchase order shipment to warehouse arrival, ensuring documentation accuracy and cost summaries for the Finance team. Key responsibilities Manage and monitor imports, exports, and inventory purchases Prepare costing sheets and maintain the Comex Import Report Collaborate with freight forwarders and interact with supply chain management to ensure timely order fulfillment Required qualifications Technical studies in Foreign Trade or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Intermediate English language skills Experience with ERP management
