Property Industry Career Ambassador

We’re looking for property professionals who are passionate about inspiring young people and helping them understand the wide range of careers available across the property and real-estate sector. As a Property Career Ambassador, you’ll create a simple presentation deck using our template and deliver a 1-hour online workshop twice a year to sixth-form students. You’ll introduce them to the industry, share your own career journey, highlight apprenticeship and graduate pathways, and answer students’ questions. It’s a low-commitment but high-impact way to support social mobility, diversify the talent pipeline, and help students discover an industry they may not have considered before.

Property professionals working in areas such as:

• Property management

• Development

• Sales & lettings

• Planning

• Building surveying

• Valuation

• Construction project management

• Architecture or design

• ESG & sustainability

• Facilities management
