<ul><li>We are looking for an experienced DAS & Small Cell Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of in-building wireless infrastructure projects. In this role, you will manage Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Small Cell, and repeater deployments—from RF solutioning and proposal development to installation, commissioning, and customer handover.</li><li>You will work closely with sales, RF engineers, technical support, subcontractors, and field installation teams while driving schedule, cost, quality, and customer communication. You’ll join a collaborative team of six within the DAS & Small Cell group, with a primarily remote work environment and occasional on-site responsibilities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>🔧 Key Responsibilities :</strong></p><ul><li>Work with sales and customers to define coverage requirements and project scope.</li><li>Support or review RF design proposals, SOWs, BOMs, labor estimates, budgets, and timelines.</li><li>Build, manage, and track detailed project schedules and milestones.</li><li>Coordinate procurement, logistics, and equipment/material delivery.</li><li>Select and manage subcontractors; ensure work quality and adherence to design standards.</li><li>Serve as on-site Project Manager when needed to coordinate installation crews and customer interactions.</li><li>Manage change orders related to scope, cost, and schedule.</li><li>Partner with RF engineers and technical teams to resolve installation and commissioning issues.</li><li>Provide clear, consistent internal and customer-facing status updates.</li><li>Support regional proposals and contribute to broader DAS & Small Cell initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>📡 Required Technical Experience :</strong></p><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with DAS and Small Cell deployments, including in-building wireless and carrier integration projects.</li><li>Deep understanding of neutral host DAS, single-operator DAS, small cells, and in-building repeater technologies.</li><li>Proven experience managing wireless infrastructure projects through full implementation.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams.</li></ul><p></p>
