Day-to-day admin & diary support</strong></p><ul><li><p class="p1">Arrange and manage personal appointments and basic diary entries</p></li><li><p class="p1">Book travel, accommodation, restaurants and events, and confirm the details</p></li><li><p class="p1">Handle simple office/administrative tasks linked to the principals’ work and personal lives</p></li></ul><p class="p1"><strong>2. Errands, shopping & household logistics</strong></p><ul><li><p class="p1">Take care of practical tasks such as grocery shopping, returns, dry cleaning, posting parcels, and collecting or delivering items</p></li><li><p class="p1">Drive for local errands as needed, using sensible routes and planning ahead</p></li><li><p class="p1">Keep an eye on household/studio supplies and organise top-ups when asked</p></li></ul><p class="p1"><strong>3. Household & studio coordination</strong></p><ul><li><p class="p1">Help keep household and studio spaces orderly and functional (e.g. organising key areas)</p></li><li><p class="p1">Arrange and oversee small household fixes or installations (e.g. tradespeople, deliveries, furniture), ensuring work is completed as agreed</p></li><li><p class="p1">Keep basic notes so it’s easy to see what has been done and what is still outstanding</p></li></ul><p class="p1"><strong>4. Vendors, projects & light admin</strong></p><ul><li><p class="p1">Liaise with external vendors and service providers, from tradespeople to cleaners to specialist suppliers</p></li><li><p class="p1">Coordinate small projects (for example, setting up a new service, organising a minor refurbishment, or arranging a move/installation)</p></li><li><p class="p1">Track simple details such as dates, bookings, quotes and receipts in an orderly way</p></li></ul><p class="p1"><strong>5. Research, hospitality & gifting</strong></p><ul><li><p class="p1">Research and compare options for services, venues, products, gifts or travel when requested, and share clear shortlists</p></li><li><p class="p1">Arrange flowers, gifts and hospitality for guests, collaborators, friends and family, reflecting the household’s style and standards</p></li></ul><p class="p1"><strong>6.
