Physician Assistant (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP)

We’re hiring a New York-licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing telehealth team. This is a remote (work from home), phone-based role focused on providing efficient, compassionate care to adult and senior patients.

Position Details:

• Fully remote, phone-based consultations
• Approx. 20-40 patients/day
• Includes prescribing medications and managing chronic conditions
• Flexible scheduling available

Compensation:

• Starting at $40/hour, with potential for higher rates based on experience and performance

Requirements:

• Active NY license (NP or PA)
• Comfortable with telemedicine
• Authorized to prescribe medications in New York
• Strong communication and documentation skills
