KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Execute and support location initiatives through administrative support for the RIC leadership team ensuring responsive, accurate, and efficient support for day-to-day administrative requirements
Utilize Concur, PCARD, and myBuy following company policies for all travel, purchasing and expenses for the department
Create, run, and distribute reports as needed for the RIC team
Research, maintain, and inventory all department equipment for both in-office and WFH employees
Organize all period town halls, quarterly RI leadership meetings, and miscellaneous department special events
Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
Intermediate MS Office Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to manage time and plan independently

Must have availability and flexibility to work overtime when necessary
