Part -time Barista & Sandwich team member

Overview

We are a coffee and sandwich shop located in Fort Carson seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time Barista & Sandwich Team Member. This role involves preparing quality drinks and sandwiches, providing excellent customer service, and helping create a welcoming café environment. Flexible shifts are available Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages.
• Make fresh sandwiches and assist with light food preparation.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Handle payments accurately at the register.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, barista, or café work preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
