We’re a growing financial services firm looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team player.
What You’ll Do
Administrative Support: Prepare pre-filled client documents and applications for signature, enter data into financial planning software, coordinate with service providers and vendors, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Sales & Marketing Support: Generate and organize sales leads, manage email marketing platform, design marketing emails, and edit and format presentation materials
Tech Savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Hubspot
Education / Experience: Minimum 3 years of administrative experience required; experience within the financial services is highly preferred.
Position Details:
Schedule: Part-time, 10-12 hours per week to start, flexible, but you must be available during PST AM hours
Location: 100% Remote (Must be authorized to work in the US
Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour (Depending on experience)
