PA for 14 year old teenage boy with cerebral palsy, LS8 - LEEDS - LS8 <div>We are looking for a pal for our 14 year old son with cerebral palsy.<br><br></div><div>He is non-verbal, wheelchair dependent, fed through a feeding tube, dependent for all cares and has well controlled seizures.<br><br></div><div>He has a good sense humour and loves socializing. He enjoys, walks, shopping and having books read to him.<br><br></div><div>His care worker will need to be fun and enthusiastic. They will need to be able to engage and entertain a non-verbal teenager and support him to socialize with others including his siblings. They need to be able to take him for walks in his wheelchair (battery powered motor pack available).<br><br></div><div>We are seeking a care worker who is punctual, reliable and has a degree of flexibility. We are specifically looking for someone who is available 3.30-6.30 PM Tuesdays and Thursdays during term time and variably depending on need and availability during school holidays.<br><br></div><div>His care worker must be able to give feed through a  feeding tube or being willing to be trained to do this. It is describable thought not essential for them to be able to give medication via a feeding tube as well. They will need to be able to work independently proving all cares, including personal cares as required.<br><br></div>
