This position requires a skilled professional to deliver business process redesign, communication, and change management support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interviews will be conducted with staff and management to evaluate internal business processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • A thorough review, research, analysis, and evaluation of information will be performed to assess compliancy between processes and written documentation.
  • Results of assessments and recommendations will be summarized and documented, and then communicated effectively to process owners and management.
  • Collaboration with process owners will be required to maintain and develop business process documentation and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or relevant experience is necessary for success in this role.
  • Four years of experience in operations or process-focused environments, with a strong focus on analysis, is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of managed care enrollment processes, encounter processes, provider and contract configuration, claims processing, and other related functions is expected.
