Office Manager / Personal Assistant

Location: London, West End - 4 days in office
Type: Permanent, full time or part time
Start: January
Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: £35k - £45k

Role Overview
They are seeking an organised, proactive, and flexible Office Manager / Personal Assistant to support the London office and its senior team. This is a varied and hands-on role, combining traditional administrative duties with opportunities to take on broader operational projects.

The position is ideal for someone who enjoys being an all- rounder, supporting Partners, managing day-to-day office needs, liaising with external providers, and ensuring the smooth running of a small but busy workplace.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day running of a small London office, including facilities and kitchen upkeep.
  • Provide PA support to Partners, including light diary management and coordinating weekly meetings
  • Act as the liaison for service providers.
  • Assist with general admin tasks
  • Support coordination with the international office when needed
  • Take ownership of small operational projects, such as improving internal processes or reorganising CRM systems.

  • Proactive, organised, and willing to take initiative.
  • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team and happy being an all-rounder.
  • Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Professional and reliable
  • Positive, hands-on, and happy to manage a mix of tasks
  • Experience in office management, administration, or PA roles 
  • German Language skills desirable
