Job Full DescriptionJob Summary: The Office Manager oversees the daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to support staff, maintain office systems, and foster a productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Oversight:Manage office procedures, supplies, filing systems, and equipment maintenance. Staff Support:Coordinate schedules, assist with onboarding new employees, and support various departments with administrative tasks. Financial Duties:Oversee office budgets, handle invoicing, petty cash, and vendor payments; may assist with payroll or bookkeeping tasks. Vendor & Facility Management:Serve as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management; ensure the office remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. Communication:Serve as liaison between staff, management, and external stakeholders. Draft internal memos, reports, and correspondence as needed. Compliance & Records:Maintain confidential employee and company records; ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
