Your new role

  • Assist department heads with day-to-day office operations, including event and showroom set-ups
  • Maintain office supplies and service contracts
  • Purchase invoice processing and maintaining supplier account ledgers
  • Assist the buying team with managing outstanding purchase orders, deliveries, and price updates
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation
  • Support onboarding, IT installs, and technical support calls
  • What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in office administration or a logistics admin position
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with accounting software would be a bonus (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Strong analytical ability and high level of accuracy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines both independently and as part of a team
  • What you'll get in return

  • Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)
  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am- 6pm
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays (increasing to 33 days with service)
