Position Overview: The Night Shift Warehouse Support Specialist is responsible for supporting warehouse operations during the night shift by maintaining warehouse organization, loading and unloading trucks, addressing minor inventory concerns, and assisting with office tasks as needed. This role ensures smooth operations and effective shift handoffs by handling a combination of warehouse, inventory, and administrative functions.

Essential Job Functions by priority:
1. Report to and Assist the Shipping/Warehouse Lead with organization of the warehouse to accommodate for inbound product.
2. Assess and address inventory concerns that arise throughout the night, as well as spot check inventory counts.
3. Load trucks as directed by the Shipping/Warehouse Supervisor(s) and/or Shipping/Warehouse Lead(s)
a. Ensure proper commodity, label, and size.
b. Ensure accuracy of load count
c. Ensure directions or instructions included on the order sheet are followed (i.e., wrapping, corner boards, specific lot or date, pallet type, etc.)
4. Unload trucks as directed by the Shipping/Warehouse Supervisor(s) and/or Shipping Office Clerk.
a. Ensure all documentation provided is accurate. Report any discrepancies.
b. Label, scan, and place product in the warehouse appropriately.
5. Assist in the Shipping Office to cover as needed.
6. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.
7. Assist with order setup and staging as directed by the Shipping/Warehouse Supervisor(s).
8. Assist with rotation of product as directed by Shipping/Warehouse Supervisor(s) and Inventory Control.
9. Assist the Receiving Crew with any pending product put away once the shipping operations are completed.
10. Perform inventory tasks to assist in ensuring warehouse inventory accuracy.
11. Actively participate in establishing a safe and disciplined work environment.
12. Comply with all Worker Safety and Food Safety policies and procedures.
13. Report issues, unsafe acts, conditions, accidents, and/or incidents to a supervisor immediately.
14. Perform other warehouse functions as needed or directed by Shipping/Warehouse Supervisor/Lead.
Additional Requirements and Responsibilities:
1. Must have previous forklift experience (6 months minimum).
a. Must be certified by Baloian Farms Safety Manager.
2. Basic working knowledge of warehouse operations.
3. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
4. Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management System (RF Scanners) is mandatory.
5. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
6. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
7. Must be able to manually move and stack material up to 50 lbs., multiple times during an entire shift.
8. Capable of maintaining a high level of concentration in a fast-paced work environment
9. Ability to work independently and learn on the job.
10. Proficient computer skills.
11. Able to work evening shifts, with a flexible work schedule depending on work load.
12. Ability to work extended hours and Saturdays.
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
