A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Hotel Xenia, Autograph Collection by Marriott. We are currently looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Night Auditor to service in our growing luxury boutique hotel
Position Overview
Reporting to the Night Manager, the Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel during overnight hours. This role combines guest service with financial duties, including reconciling daily transactions, preparing audit reports, and managing late check-ins and departures. The Night Auditor also handles guest requests, monitors hotel security, and supports a seamless guest experience while safeguarding the hotel’s operations overnight. By maintaining high standards of Guest service, the Night Auditor plays a vital role in delivering a seamless guest experience and supporting the hotel’s reputation for excellence.
What we looking for
Previous experience as a Night Auditor or similar role, with proven skills in guest services, reservations, and financial reconciliation.
Reliable, accurate, and committed to maintaining high service and audit standards that safeguard revenue and enhance the guest experience.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities, collaborating closely with colleagues and other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
Proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills to handle guest issues, operational discrepancies, and overnight challenges efficiently.
Strong knowledge of hotel front office operations, PMS systems, and auditing procedures, with the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance at all times.
