As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and teams across various departments. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.

Perform data entry and maintain databases with high accuracy.
Organize and schedule travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries.
Assist with project management tasks and track project milestones and deadlines.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
Provide support for HR functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
