Additionally, its sister companies, Light Year Studios offers state-of-the-art facilities for Audio Post Production & Voice Over Soho offer directing and recording Voices to the highest standard.</p><p><b>Role Description</b></p><p>This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Voice Over Agent, based in Central London. The Junior Agent will assist the agents in the following; sourcing and managing voice talents, maintaining strong relationships with both clients and artists, and matching talent to client projects. Responsibilities will also include negotiating contracts, coordinating scheduling for recordings, preparing briefs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Administrative work, including maintaining records and responding promptly to inquiries, is also part of the role. Training will be provide for all responsibilities</p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively</li><li>Knowledge of or interest in the voiceover, media, or audio production industry</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with both artists and clients</li><li>Ability to negotiate contracts and manage bookings professionally</li><li>Proficiency in administration and familiarity with tools for scheduling and record-keeping</li><li>Creative problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset</li><li>Confidence in the use of technology, including audio applications, is advantageous</li><li>Previous experience in talent management, casting, or production is a plus</li></ul>
