JCPenney Logistcs is hiring a 1st shift Group Warehouse Lead.
5:30 am - 2:00 pm (OT based on business needs)
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
Group Lead will be responsible for the daily coordination and operation of specific areas assigned.
A successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership by setting / maintaining personal goals and motivating others.
A successful candidate must have shown innovation and engagement initiative in the past.
Leads and participates in work activities including relaying information, approving adjustments to established procedures, and distributing workloads to ensure deadlines are met and assists in training of associates.
Proficient communication skills required but not limited to excellent phone etiquette, e-mail proficiency, and the ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm.
Associate must have an above average working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Requires an above average aptitude in creating, working with, and monitoring schedules and accuracy critical to success.
Associate may be assigned to miscellaneous duties as applicable. Hours may vary based upon volume and will include extended hours and additional days. Overtime hours and days may be mandatory.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires the ability to understand and follow oral and/or written instructions.
May involve use of elementary arithmetic.

Associate must have an above average working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be detail-oriented and capable of following up on completion of tasks.
