HVAC Apprentice

Luas HVAC is seeking a driven and eager-to-learn HVAC apprentice to join the team. As an apprentice, individuals receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals in the HVAC industry. This apprenticeship provides the skills and knowledge to begin a successful career at Luas HVAC.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Employees with daily tasks and project work, gaining practical experience
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Observe and learn from experienced professionals, acquiring specialized skills and best practices.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Complete tests, assignments, and presentations as required by the apprenticeship program.
• Actively participate in learning opportunities and seek feedback to improve performance.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and determination.
• Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Must be able to assist in lifting HVAC units
• Must complete a physical at the doctors office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
