Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical design and engineering principles, with a focus on plumbing systems. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful design, implementation, and maintenance of plumbing solutions in diverse projects. The Plumbing Engineer will play a key role in enhancing system efficiency and performance while adhering to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Create detailed schematics and layouts for plumbing installations.
• Utilize CAD software such as SolidWorks and Creo to produce accurate designs.
• Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assess system performance and reliability.
• Implement GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles in design documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish project schedules and milestones.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions during the installation phase.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Skills

• Proficiency in mechanical design principles with hands-on experience in plumbing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software including SolidWorks and Creo for design tasks.
• Familiarity with GD&T for precise engineering documentation.
• Experience with LabVIEW for system testing and validation is a plus.
• Ability to conduct FEA for evaluating structural integrity of plumbing systems.
• Excellent project scheduling skills to manage timelines effectively.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and components.
• Understanding of quantum engineering concepts is an advantage but not required.
