Responsibilities
- Operate commercial laundry equipment efficiently to wash, dry, fold, and sort linens, clothing, and other fabric items.
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by sweeping, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of soiled linens following safety protocols.
- Assist with light custodial duties such as cleaning laundry carts, storage areas, and related facilities.
- Support general housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and organizing linen supplies.
- Follow safety guidelines during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or contamination.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of laundry loads and uphold quality standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and industrial cleaning methods.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and laundry machinery is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation standards and safety protocols.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward maintaining a clean environment.

Pay: $13.73 - $15.00 per hour
