Salary: Up to 30,000 (depending on experience)</p> <p><b>About Us</b><br/>The school is a unique alternative provision supporting children and young people across KS1-KS4 who require short-term intervention, respite, or additional support while working towards a positive transition back into mainstream education or onto a specialist setting. Our provision also plays a vital role in assessing and gathering data to support Education Health and Care (EHC) plan applications.</p> <p>With a strong emphasis on <b>outdoor learning, adventurous activities, and public services</b>, we create engaging and purposeful learning experiences that help our students grow in confidence, resilience, and skills for life.</p> <h2>The Role</h2> <p>We are seeking a motivated <b>HLTA or Unqualified Teacher</b> who is ready to take on full teaching responsibilities.
