Role Description

This role involves working as a medical scribe under the personal supervision of a healthcare provider during their clinical shift.

  • Charting patient histories, physical exams, procedures, and disposition planning as directed by the provider (SOAP notes)
  • Order entry as directed by the provider
  • Track diagnostic results
  • Discharge planning including referrals, letters, and prescriptions

Qualifications

  • 8-24 hours per week (no seasonal positions)
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Background check required upon hire
