Health & Wellness Nurse Coach - Peak Health (Remote with Travel)

About the position

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned client employment sites to provide health evaluations for participants.
• Review individually completed Health History Questionnaires.
• Interpret individual blood lab test results.
• Obtain individual health metrics including weight, blood pressure, pulse, body fat, and fitness level.
• Establish individual health goals and make recommendations for improving health risks.
• Conduct evaluations via teleconference when no site is available.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Nurse Manager.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nursing License for state(s) in which they meet program participants.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Working vehicle and current personal auto insurance.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Excellent motivational and coaching skills.
