Health Care Assistant (HCA)

Main duties: Carry out basic physical observations (BP, pulse, height/weight, etc.) Co-ordinates with the patients GP to ensure completion of said health check Support patients with guidance around their physical health Record information accurately Experience: Experience as an HCA ideally working in general practice currently Experience completing SMI Physical health checks Able to complete and record the relevant elements of the physical health check Able to work flexibly and independently This is an ad-hoc bank role with extremely flexible hours which can be completed across Havering Hub sites.
