Key Responsibilities

· Oversee Travel/Fleet & Purchasing Card programs for each country

· Implement new card programs, including contracts, processes, and card distribution

· Manage policy communications and respond to compliance-related inquiries

· Forecast, track, and optimize the corporate card rebate program

· Oversee Virtual Card Supplier Program (VCA); incl supplier enablement and invoice payments

· Support Shared Service Center Ops teams with policy, escalations, and process improvements

· Resolve card-related issues with vendors, including transaction disputes and system concerns

· Establish and enforce audit and compliance processes for policy adherence

· Provide training and assistance to the card program administrators and payment services team

· Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and program compliance through standardization, automation, and communication

· Collaborate with GM Treasury on payment timing optimization and contract alignment

· Foster and maintain strong relationships with Corporate Card Bank vendors

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes

· Strong project management, planning and organizational skills

· High level of analytical ability and attention to detail

· Proven success in leading complex projects and global initiatives with cross-functional impact

· Research, analyze, and resolve member inquiries to ensure timely problem-resolution

· Excellent oral and communication skills

· Able to work independently or collaboratively to perform job duties effectively

· Bachelor’s Degree required; Finance or Business emphasis preferred
