We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Personal Shopper to join our curated sales network as part of an exciting fine jewellery campaign. The ideal candidate will provide personalised shopping assistance, ensuring clients receive an elevated, highly tailored experience reflective of the luxury diamond market.
This freelance, commission-based opportunity is ideal for professionals with a refined sales instinct, a strong personal or professional network, and a genuine passion for client relationships in the world of high-end jewellery.
✦ About the Role
As a Paving Paths Recruiters (PPR) personal shopper, you will represent one of our brand partners. A leading fine jewellery company with a signature focus on investment-grade diamonds and private buying experiences. You will guide clients through curated selections, build relationships, and influence purchasing decisions with insight and discretion.
✦ Core Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting jewellery and accessory pieces tailored to their individual preferences, occasions, and investment goals.
- Provide personalised recommendations based on customer profiles, styling sensibility, and client history.
- Engage clients via in-person events, phone, or email, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.

Upsell where appropriate, ensuring alignment with customer needs and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client preferences, referrals, and purchase history linked to your unique Seller ID (SID).

Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and viewings in line with campaign timelines.
- Support merchandising and display recommendations at events (where applicable).
- Stay informed about new collections, price points, and luxury sales trends.
✦ Candidate Requirements
- Fluent English is essential; other language fluency is a distinct advantage.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, both written and spoken.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client conversations and appointments.
- Excellent time management, discretion, and an understanding of luxury etiquette.
- Confident handling basic calculations, quotes, and product details.
- Experience or genuine interest in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, or personal styling.
- Knowledge of sales psychology and upselling strategies preferred.
- Comfortable working independently within a structured, target-driven environment.

✦ Recruitment & Onboarding Process
To ensure alignment with the brand and uphold our standards, selected applicants will complete the following:
- Initial Interview
- Sales Aptitude Assessment
- PPR Onboarding & Code of Conduct Agreement
- Brand Training, Lookbooks & Campaign Access
You will then be issued a Seller ID (SID) and begin working independently with full access to materials.
