We’re looking for self-motivated, organised, music obsessed individuals with sales experience and a hunger to learn music marketing and artist promotion.

Ideal Candidate:
- Self-motivated, resilient and highly organised
- Experienced in music or artist development
- Enthusiastic about discovering new talent
- Wide musical taste and understanding of industry trends
- Passionate about helping artists across genres grow and develop
- Reliable internet connection and own laptop/computer
Responsibilities:
- Scout and identify new artists, producers and songs
- Connect artists with relevant teams when needed
- No KPIs or outbound sales required
Salary Terms: (This is a commission based role)
- Outbound sales: 10% of sale
