In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, with clear accountability for operational excellence, P&L results, and long-term franchise success. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with your franchisees, and driving KPIs including same store sales, guest experience metrics, and operational metrics including speed of service. Key responsibilities:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Operate like the CEO of your portfolio, owning its business performance, health and P&L – driving accountability for both revenue growth and profitability. </li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between Wingstop Restaurants Inc. and Brand Partners, ensuring effective and timely two-way communication.</li><li>Travel regularly to Brand Partner restaurants to ensure operational excellence, provide coaching, and protect the brand across operations, facilities, marketing, training, purchasing, and development.</li><li>Analyze business performance using data and dashboards; partner with Brand Partners to identify opportunities and build strategic plans that drive sustained growth and profitability. </li><li>Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with Brand Partners to align on goals, ensure accountability, and track progress towards results. </li><li>Anticipate challenges and exercise sound judgment to recommend solutions, make timely decisions, and influence outcomes that strengthen restaurant operations and overall business results.</li><li>Ensure adherence to brand standards and franchise agreements across your region.</li><li>Champion best practices and share learnings across the region to elevate performance.</li><li>Act as a Wingstop culture champion and brand ambassador.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul></td></tr><tr style="height:27.85pt;"><td style="background-color:white;border-bottom:double windowtext 1.5pt;border-left:none;border-right:double windowtext 1.5pt;border-top:none;height:27.85pt;padding:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt;width:144.6pt;" width="193" valign="top"> WHAT YOU’LL NEED</td><td style="background-color:#F2F2F2;border-bottom:double windowtext 1.5pt;border:none;height:27.85pt;padding:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt;width:322.9pt;" width="431" valign="top"><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Strong business acumen with proven ability to drive financial and operational performance.</li><li>Frequent use of a computer and other technology essential to everyday role responsibilities.</li><li>High stamina to travel up to 75%, work extended hours as needed, including nights, weekends and holidays.</li><li>Ability to manage travel effectively, ensuring adherence to Wingstop travel policies. </li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects while maintaining urgency and quality.</li><li>This role is remote but requires you to live in the DFW Metroplex</li></ul></td></tr><tr style="height:27.85pt;"><td style="background-color:white;border-bottom:double windowtext 1.5pt;border-left:none;border-right:double windowtext 1.5pt;border-top:none;height:27.85pt;padding:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt;width:144.6pt;" width="193" valign="top"> WHO YOU ARE </td><td style="background-color:#F2F2F2;border-bottom:double windowtext 1.5pt;border:none;height:27.85pt;padding:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt;width:322.9pt;" width="431" valign="top">No job is too small.
