ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT:
We are a FedEx Independent Service Provider (ISP) operating 7 days a week in Montgomery and Bucks County, PA, and we need an active, FedEx-badged driver who can step in and hit the ground running immediately. No onboarding ramp, no learning curve — you already know how FedEx Ground operates and we need someone who can perform at full standard from day one.
This is a 4-week assignment with strong potential for extension — either in the Philadelphia market or across additional service areas including New Castle, DE; Harrisburg, PA; Scranton, PA; and Carlisle, PA. You will operate a company-provided FedEx-branded P1000 step van on established routes averaging 135–175 stops per day. W-2, not 1099.
WHO THIS IS FOR:
- Active FedEx Ground badged drivers in good standing — your badge must be current and valid
- Drivers who are between routes, supplementing their income, or looking for consistent work outside their primary ISP
- Someone who can start immediately — this week if possible
- Drivers who take 100% delivery completion and 100% scan compliance seriously — that is the standard here, full stop
- Valid PA, NJ, or DE driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and handle the full physical demands of a route day
- Reliable transportation to and from the terminal each day
THE ROLE:
- Report to the terminal by 8:00 AM, load out, and execute your route — you know the drill
- Run 135–175 stops per day on established residential and commercial routes in Montgomery and Bucks County
- Operate a company-provided FedEx-branded P1000 step van — no personal vehicle required
- Maintain 100% delivery and 100% scan compliance to FedEx Ground standards every day
- Communicate any exceptions or route issues to the operations manager promptly
- Return the vehicle clean and secured at end of day

SCHEDULE
Terminal report time: 8:00 AM. Five days per week, with an optional sixth day available. Our operation runs 7 days — your days off will rotate. Schedule is set and communicated a full week in advance. Expect 8–10 hours in the field daily.
