We are looking for a friendly and reliable Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to support our team in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves engaging directly with customers, providing information about products and services, and assisting with event setup and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers during live events and promotional activities
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally
• Help set up and break down event materials and displays
• Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude at all times
• Record customer interactions and feedback for reporting

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
