Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end store operations, including product listing optimization (SEO titles, professional descriptions), pricing strategy, and promotional campaign setup.
  • Content Strategy & Execution: Plan and produce high-quality short-form video content for TikTok to drive traffic. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and platform compliance rules.
  • Live Stream Coordination: Conduct or manage professional live selling sessions. Monitor real-time data to optimize viewer retention and conversion rates.
  • Customer Experience: Manage customer inquiries and disputes professionally. Maintain a high Store Rating and Chat Response Rate (CRR) in accordance with platform standards.
  • Data Analysis: Generate weekly sales reports. Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to recommend actionable improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing Shopee Mall or TikTok Shop accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Seller Center backend navigation. Skilled in video editing software (CapCut/Premiere) and graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop).
  • Product Knowledge: Experience in the Toys, Gifts, or Lifestyle category is preferred.
  • Language: Professional proficiency in English and Tagalog (Written and Spoken).
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure during sales campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, Payday Sales).
