Job Description

  1. Optimise product listings by adjusting titles, imagery, A+ content and keywords.
  2. Plan and execute promotions such as seasonal sales, Black Friday and Prime events.
  3. Use Linnworks to maintain accurate stock levels and listing upkeep.
  4. Monitor competitor products and pricing to identify category trends and opportunities.
  5. Analyse customer reviews, questions and returns to improve listing performance.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Possesses experience in E-commerce Sales or Marketing roles with hands-on marketplace experience.
  2. Familiarity with e-commerce management tools like Linnworks, Helium10 or similar.
  3. Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Adept at using Excel/Google Sheets for checks and reporting.
