Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize services and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards.

Monitor and manage the IT budget effectively.
Ensure AI capabilities are thoughtfully integrated into every initiative-enhancing automation, decision-making, and user productivity. Identify practical use cases, govern responsible adoption, and partner with stakeholders to operationalize AI in ways that deliver measurable business value.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Director, Information Technology should have:
A strong background in IT systems, infrastructure, and project management.
Proven leadership skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
Experience in the Media & Agency industry is a plus.
Knowledge of industry regulations and data security best practices.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
At least 8 - 10 years of professional experience in organization management and global project management
Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field
Experience with global scale IT infrastructure project management
