What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on key automotive accounts
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through various outreach methods

- Lead contract negotiations and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6-10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the automotive, mobility, or manufacturing sector
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on uncovering client needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Existing network within the automotive OEM or supplier ecosystem
- Knowledge of automotive product development lifecycles or compliance standards
- Experience working with international or multilingual teams
