Our client, a leading organization in the media and technology sector, is seeking a Cultural Intelligence Analyst to join their team. As a Cultural Intelligence Analyst, you will be part of the Research and AI Evaluation Department supporting cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate cultural fluency, analytical rigor, and technical aptitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cultural Intelligence Analyst

Location: Menlo Park, California

Pay Range: $25-30/HR ON W2

What's the Job?

  • Evaluate search result pages for relevance, freshness, authority, intent alignment, and thematic cohesion
  • Validate search result relevance across diverse query types and identify systematic model failure patterns
  • Analyze cultural and contextual nuances such as humor, satire, irony, and language shifts among Gen-Z and Millennial audiences
  • Detect locale-specific cultural contexts across North America to enhance AI content understanding
  • Produce structured, engineering-ready reports that categorize model failures, assess severity, and provide actionable insights

What's Needed?

  • Expert understanding of Gen-Z and Millennial internet culture and social media ecosystems
  • Proven experience in qualitative research, content analysis, or structured evaluation
  • Strong pattern recognition skills and ability to build taxonomies from unstructured observations
  • Solid statistical reasoning skills for error distribution and trend analysis
  • Comfort with evaluation platforms, AI tools, and understanding of machine learning systems
