About the position

Responsibilities

Drive and operate company vehicles for package delivery and pick-up.
Check shipments for compliance with FedEx service features.
Provide related customer service functions.
Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with assistance or equipment.
Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
Neat appearance for customer contact.
Must meet qualifications outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations.
Medical exam required in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations.
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
