My client is one of the world's leading international firms who are looking to recruit a Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join their global team, working on a remote basis in the UK.
Responsibilities
Advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings
Drafting and negotiating transaction documents and conducting due diligence reviews
Assisting with business development activities, including client pitches and marketing initiatives
Managing and supervising junior team members on a variety of transactions
Working with legal technology tools appropriate to the relevant matter (e.g. artificial intelligence tools for DD) and keeping up to date with technological advances
About you
Qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in corporate law, particularly M&A
Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of corporate transactional work
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal advice to clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Day-to-Day
Participating in client meetings and strategy sessions
Collaborating with partners and senior team members to develop innovative legal solutions
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
Supporting the senior team with strategic management and development of the junior team
You must be UK based and must live at least 100 miles away from London.
