Certified Apple Expert

<p>Are you a tech enthusiast who is passionate about Apple products? Do you have a knack for providing excellent customer service? Best Buy is looking for a Certified Apple Expert to join our team and become part of an exciting and fast-paced retail environment. As a Certified Apple Expert, you will be responsible for providing customers with knowledgeable and friendly advice on Apple products. You will be an ambassador for the Apple brand, helping customers in the selection and purchase of Apple products, and providing post-sales tech support.The ideal candidate for this position will have an in-depth knowledge of the Apple product line, as well as a minimum of two years of retail sales experience. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Previous experience in a technical support role and/or knowledge of Apple services such as AppleCare, iCloud, and Apple Pay would be a plus. Responsibilities: Provide knowledgeable and friendly advice on Apple products to customers. Assist customers in the selection and purchase of Apple products. Provide post-sales technical support. Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the Apple product line. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Provide recommendations and solutions for customer needs. Assist customers in setting up and using Apple services such as AppleCare, iCloud, and Apple Pay.
