About the position

The Central Selling Associate for Millwork is a remote position based in Florida, primarily working within the Central Selling South Division. This role involves managing service requests, communicating with stores and service providers, and ensuring efficient workflow in the quoting process. The associate will be responsible for verifying information, responding to inquiries, and providing customer service while maintaining a keen understanding of Lowe's products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Works within system-based work queue to identify activities ready for review.
  • Obtains and verifies information related to service requests using various internal selling and project management systems.
  • Communicates with stores and service providers regarding quote details and escalates issues when necessary.
  • Adds product and promotional information to quotes and adjusts quotes based on customer changes.
  • Organizes work processes for efficient workflow while collaborating with service providers and peers.
  • Provides timely information to peers and leadership to support decision-making.
  • Offers feedback to improve the centralized selling model and customer experience.
  • Monitors order status and communicates updates to customers and associates.
  • Enters, processes, and tracks customer orders and installations.
  • Serves as a point of contact for designs and installations within the department.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, service support, or similar work environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
