They are seeking a motivated<b>Customer Service Executive</b>(Case Management)to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.</p><p><b>Location: Alexandra (Office shifting to Bukit Gombak in Jan 2025)</b></p><p><b>Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm</b></p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Receive cases, analyse the background and follow up actions required</li><li>Correspond with various agencies to retrieve data and feedback needed for case closure or submission. Ensure that responses adhere to SOPs.</li><li>Conduct investigation on process gaps to determine root cause and perform rectifications. Liaise with business process owners, ground users and system technical teams to improve process gaps.</li><li>Support, conduct audit and track submission of reports.</li><li>Provide clear and concise advice and responses to the queries raised via phone call and/or email.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Min.
